SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gtf3c1 (general transcription factor IIIC subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gtf3c1 qPCR Primer Set – general transcription factor IIIC subunit 1
Also known as: TF3C-alpha, TFIIIC220
About this gene: Gtf3c1 is predicted to enable RNA polymerase III general transcription initiation factor activity. It is predicted to be involved in 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III and transcription initiation at RNA polymerase III promoter. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171063; Chromosome location: 1q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
