SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gtf2a2 (general transcription factor 2A subunit 2, also called TFIIA-gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gtf2a2 qPCR Primer Set – general transcription factor 2A subunit 2
About this gene: Gtf2a2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including RNA polymerase II general transcription initiation factor activity; general transcription initiation factor binding activity; and protein dimerization activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83828; UniProt: O08950; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
