SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gstm3 (glutathione S-transferase mu 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gstm3 qPCR Primer Set – glutathione S-transferase mu 3
Also known as: GstYb4, Gstm3l, Gstm3l1, Gstm4
About this gene: Gstm3 is predicted to enable glutathione binding activity and glutathione transferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in xenobiotic catabolic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cellular response to xenobiotic stimulus and response to bacterium.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57298; Chromosome location: 2q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
