SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gsta3 (glutathione S-transferase alpha 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gsta3 qPCR Primer Set – glutathione S-transferase alpha 3
Also known as: Gsta5, Yc2
About this gene: Gsta3 is predicted to enable glutathione transferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in glutathione metabolic process and xenobiotic metabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 494500; UniProt: P46418; Chromosome location: 9q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
