SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Grp (gastrin releasing peptide) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Grp qPCR Primer Set – gastrin releasing peptide
About this gene: Grp is predicted to enable neuropeptide hormone activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to sodium phosphate; negative regulation of transmission of nerve impulse; and positive regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell apoptotic process. Is active in neuronal dense core vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171101; UniProt: P24393; Chromosome location: 18q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
