SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Grm6 (glutamate metabotropic receptor 6, also called mGluR6) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Grm6 qPCR Primer Set – glutamate metabotropic receptor 6
Also known as: mGluR6
About this gene: Grm6 enables adenylate cyclase inhibiting G protein-coupled glutamate receptor activity. It is involved in adenylate cyclase-inhibiting G protein-coupled glutamate receptor signaling pathway and chemical synaptic transmission. Predicted to be active in cell tip; dendrite; and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24419; UniProt: P35349; Chromosome location: 10q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
