SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Aldoa (aldolase, fructose-bisphosphate A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Aldoa qPCR Primer Set – aldolase, fructose-bisphosphate A
Also known as: Aldo1, RNALDOG5
About this gene: Aldoa is predicted to enable multiple functions, including fructose binding activity; fructose-bisphosphate aldolase activity; and identical protein binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including methylglyoxal biosynthetic process; response to estrogen; and response to lipopolysaccharide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24189; UniProt: P05065; Chromosome location: 1q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
