SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Aldh9a1 (aldehyde dehydrogenase 9 family, member A1, also called TMABA-DH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Aldh9a1 qPCR Primer Set – aldehyde dehydrogenase 9 family, member A1
Also known as: Tmaba-dh
About this gene: Aldh9a1 enables multiple functions, including NAD binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and oxidoreductase activity, acting on the aldehyde or oxo group of donors, NAD or NADP as acceptor. It is involved in kidney development and liver development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64040; UniProt: Q9JLJ3; Chromosome location: 13q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
