SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Aldh7a1 (aldehyde dehydrogenase 7 family, member A1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Aldh7a1 qPCR Primer Set – aldehyde dehydrogenase 7 family, member A1
Also known as: antiquitin
About this gene: Aldh7a1 is predicted to enable aldehyde dehydrogenase [NAD+] activity; identical protein binding activity; and oxidoreductase activity, acting on NADH, quinone or similar compound as acceptor. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including Golgi to endosome transport; negative regulation of ferroptosis; and negative regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane. Predicted to be active in Golgi membrane and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 291450; UniProt: Q64057; Chromosome location: 18q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
