SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gpr85 (G protein-coupled receptor 85, also called PKrCx1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gpr85 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 85
Also known as: PKrCx1, SREB2, Srep2
About this gene: Gpr85 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64020; UniProt: P60895; Chromosome location: 4q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
