SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gpr83 (G protein-coupled receptor 83) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gpr83 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 83
Also known as: Gir
About this gene: Gpr83 is predicted to enable neuropeptide receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in feeding behavior; neuropeptide signaling pathway; and phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. It is predicted to act upstream of or within response to glucocorticoid.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 140595; UniProt: Q8VHD7; Chromosome location: 8q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
