SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adgrg1 (adhesion G protein-coupled receptor G1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Adgrg1 qPCR Primer Set – adhesion G protein-coupled receptor G1
Also known as: Gpr56
About this gene: Adgrg1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including collagen binding activity; extracellular matrix binding activity; and heparin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; gliogenesis; and positive regulation of signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cerebral cortex regionalization; hematopoietic stem cell homeostasis; and positive regulation of neural precursor cell proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 260326; Chromosome location: 19p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
