SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adgra2 (adhesion G protein-coupled receptor A2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Adgra2 qPCR Primer Set – adhesion G protein-coupled receptor A2
Also known as: Gpr124
About this gene: Adgra2 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including canonical Wnt signaling pathway; positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway; and sprouting angiogenesis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway; positive regulation of endothelial cell migration; and regulation of establishment of blood-brain barrier.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 100363275; Chromosome location: 16q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
