SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gpm6a (glycoprotein m6a, also called M6a) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gpm6a qPCR Primer Set – glycoprotein m6a
Also known as: M6a
About this gene: Gpm6a enables calcium channel activity. It is involved in positive regulation of filopodium assembly; regulation of synapse organization; and synapse assembly. Is active in glutamatergic synapse; parallel fiber to Purkinje cell synapse; and presynaptic active zone membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 306439; UniProt: Q812E9; Chromosome location: 16p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
