SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gphn (gephyrin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gphn qPCR Primer Set – gephyrin
Also known as: Geph
About this gene: Gphn enables multiple functions, including identical protein binding activity; molybdopterin adenylyltransferase activity; and molybdopterin molybdotransferase activity. It is involved in establishment of protein localization; neurotransmitter receptor localization to postsynaptic specialization membrane; and synapse assembly. It acts upstream of or within Mo-molybdopterin cofactor biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64845; UniProt: Q03555; Chromosome location: 6q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
