SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Aldh3a1 (aldehyde dehydrogenase 3 family, member A1, also called HTC-ALDH) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Aldh3a1 qPCR Primer Set – aldehyde dehydrogenase 3 family, member A1
Also known as: AHDC, Ahd-c, Aldh, Aldh3
About this gene: Aldh3a1 enables 3-chloroallyl aldehyde dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including response to cAMP; response to glucocorticoid; and response to hypoxia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25375; UniProt: P11883; Chromosome location: 10q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
