SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gnb2 (G protein subunit beta 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gnb2 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit beta 2
Also known as: Hg2c1
About this gene: Gnb2 enables calcium channel regulator activity. It is predicted to be involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway and regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transport. Is active in parallel fiber to Purkinje cell synapse and synaptic vesicle membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81667; UniProt: P54313; Chromosome location: 12q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
