SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gna15 (G protein subunit alpha 15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gna15 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit alpha 15
Also known as: Hg1l
About this gene: Gna15 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor binding activity; G-protein beta/gamma-subunit complex binding activity; and GTPase activity. It is involved in phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 89788; UniProt: O88302; Chromosome location: 7q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
