SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gna14 (G protein subunit alpha 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gna14 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit alpha 14
Also known as: Hg1i, Tieg3
About this gene: Gna14 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor binding activity; G-protein beta/gamma-subunit complex binding activity; and GTPase activity. It is predicted to be involved in action potential; adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; and phospholipase C-activating dopamine receptor signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 309242; Chromosome location: 1q43
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
