SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gna13 (G protein subunit alpha 13) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gna13 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit alpha 13
Also known as: Galpha13
About this gene: Gna13 enables D5 dopamine receptor binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of cytosolic calcium ion concentration and positive regulation of phospholipase activity. It acts upstream of or within G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; negative regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell migration; and negative regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 303634; UniProt: Q6Q7Y5; Chromosome location: 10q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
