SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Glp1r (glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor, also called GLP-1R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Glp1r qPCR Primer Set – glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor
Also known as: Glip, RATGL1RCP
About this gene: Glp1r enables glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor activity and peptide hormone binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cAMP/PKA signal transduction; learning or memory; and positive regulation of insulin secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25051; UniProt: P32301; Chromosome location: 20p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
