SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Glis2 (GLIS family zinc finger 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Glis2 qPCR Primer Set – GLIS family zinc finger 2
About this gene: Glis2 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in central nervous system development; negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 302946; Chromosome location: 10q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
