SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gla (galactosidase, alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gla qPCR Primer Set – galactosidase, alpha
About this gene: Gla enables alpha-galactosidase activity and galactoside binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including glycosphingolipid catabolic process; platelet aggregation; and regulation of axon diameter. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 363494; Chromosome location: Xq32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
