SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gja4 (gap junction protein, alpha 4, also called Cx37) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gja4 qPCR Primer Set – gap junction protein, alpha 4
Also known as: CXN37, Cxnh1
About this gene: Gja4 is predicted to enable gap junction channel activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including calcium ion transport; endothelium development; and response to pain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25655; UniProt: Q03190; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
