SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ghr (growth hormone receptor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ghr qPCR Primer Set – growth hormone receptor
Also known as: GHR/BP
About this gene: Ghr enables multiple functions, including SH2 domain binding activity; enzyme binding activity; and growth hormone receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including activation of Janus kinase activity; cell surface receptor signaling pathway via JAK-STAT; and cellular response to peptide hormone stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25235; UniProt: P16310; Chromosome location: 2q16
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
