SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Alad (aminolevulinate dehydratase, also called ALADH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Alad qPCR Primer Set – aminolevulinate dehydratase
Also known as: ALADH, ALADR
About this gene: Alad enables porphobilinogen synthase activity and proteasome core complex binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to lead ion; response to herbicide; and response to vitamin B1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25374; UniProt: P06214; Chromosome location: 5q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
