SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gdpd3 (glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase domain containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gdpd3 qPCR Primer Set – glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase domain containing 3
Also known as: RGD1308386
About this gene: Gdpd3 is predicted to enable phosphatidylcholine lysophospholipase A1 activity and phosphoric diester hydrolase activity. It is predicted to be involved in N-acylethanolamine metabolic process and phosphatidylcholine catabolic process. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 293490; Chromosome location: 1q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
