SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gdf5 (growth differentiation factor 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gdf5 qPCR Primer Set – growth differentiation factor 5
Also known as: Cdmp1
About this gene: Gdf5 enables signaling receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of neuron apoptotic process; ossification involved in bone remodeling; and positive regulation of neuron differentiation. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 252835; Chromosome location: 3q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
