SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gcgr (glucagon receptor, also called GL-R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gcgr qPCR Primer Set – glucagon receptor
About this gene: Gcgr enables glucagon receptor activity and peptide hormone binding activity. It is involved in adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; exocytosis; and hormone-mediated signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24953; UniProt: P30082; Chromosome location: 10q32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
