SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Galnt12 (polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Galnt12 qPCR Primer Set – polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 12
Also known as: RGD1562001
About this gene: Galnt12 is predicted to enable polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein O-linked glycosylation. Predicted to be active in Golgi apparatus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 313233; Chromosome location: 5q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
