SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gadd45a (growth arrest and DNA-damage-inducible, alpha, also called GADD45) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gadd45a qPCR Primer Set – growth arrest and DNA-damage-inducible, alpha
Also known as: Ddit1, Gadd45
About this gene: Gadd45a is predicted to enable kinase binding activity; promoter-specific chromatin binding activity; and protein dimerization activity. It is involved in G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25112; Chromosome location: 4q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
