SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gabra1 (gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit alpha 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Gabra1 qPCR Primer Set – gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit alpha 1
About this gene: Gabra1 enables GABA-A receptor activity; diazepam binding activity; and ligand-gated monoatomic ion channel activity. Contributes to GABA receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including GABAergic synaptic transmission; cellular response to histamine; and response to auditory stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29705; UniProt: P62813; Chromosome location: 10q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
