SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat G6pc1 (glucose-6-phosphatase catalytic subunit 1, also called G6Pase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat G6pc1 qPCR Primer Set – glucose-6-phosphatase catalytic subunit 1
Also known as: G6Pase, G6pc, Psme3
About this gene: G6pc1 enables glucose-6-phosphatase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to insulin stimulus; gluconeogenesis; and response to resveratrol. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum and membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25634; UniProt: P43428; Chromosome location: 10q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
