SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Akap4 (A-kinase anchoring protein 4, also called PRKA4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Akap4 qPCR Primer Set – A-kinase anchoring protein 4
About this gene: Akap4 is predicted to enable protein kinase A binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cell surface receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway; flagellated sperm motility; and spermatogenesis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within establishment of protein localization and motile cilium assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79254; UniProt: O35774; Chromosome location: Xq12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
