SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Akap12 (A-kinase anchoring protein 12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Akap12 qPCR Primer Set – A-kinase anchoring protein 12
Also known as: AKAP12A, AKAP12B, AKAP12G
About this gene: Akap12 is predicted to enable adenylate cyclase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to cytokine stimulus; hepatic stellate cell activation; and positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83425; UniProt: Q5QD51; Chromosome location: 1q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
