SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Flii (FLII, actin remodeling protein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Flii qPCR Primer Set – FLII, actin remodeling protein
Also known as: Fliih
About this gene: Flii is predicted to enable actin filament binding activity and phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in actin cytoskeleton organization; actin filament severing; and barbed-end actin filament capping. Predicted to be active in actin cytoskeleton and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 287375; Chromosome location: 10q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
