SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Agtpbp1 (ATP/GTP binding carboxypeptidase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Agtpbp1 qPCR Primer Set – ATP/GTP binding carboxypeptidase 1
About this gene: Agtpbp1 is predicted to enable metallocarboxypeptidase activity and tubulin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in mitochondrion organization; nervous system development; and protein deglutamylation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including adult walking behavior; axonal transport of mitochondrion; and central nervous system neuron differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 290986; Chromosome location: 17p14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
