SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Esrrg (estrogen-related receptor gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Esrrg qPCR Primer Set – estrogen-related receptor gamma
Also known as: errg
About this gene: Esrrg is predicted to enable multiple functions, including AF-2 domain binding activity; DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; and estrogen response element binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of cold-induced thermogenesis and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in chromatin and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 360896; UniProt: P62510; Chromosome location: 13q26
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
