SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ern1 (endoplasmic reticulum to nucleus signaling 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ern1 qPCR Primer Set – endoplasmic reticulum to nucleus signaling 1
Also known as: RGD1559716
About this gene: Ern1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including adenyl ribonucleotide binding activity; heat shock protein binding activity; and magnesium ion binding activity. It is involved in cellular response to glucose stimulus and cellular response to hydrogen peroxide. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 498013; Chromosome location: 10q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
