SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ercc4 (ERCC excision repair 4, endonuclease catalytic subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ercc4 qPCR Primer Set – ERCC excision repair 4, endonuclease catalytic subunit
Also known as: RGD1560340
About this gene: Ercc4 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including DNA binding activity; TFIID-class transcription factor complex binding activity; and promoter-specific chromatin binding activity. Predicted to contribute to 3' overhang single-stranded DNA endonuclease activity and DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in DNA metabolic process; cellular response to UV; and negative regulation of telomere maintenance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 304719; Chromosome location: 10q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
