SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Eprs1 (glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Eprs1 qPCR Primer Set – glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase 1
Also known as: Eprs
About this gene: Eprs1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including aminoacyl-tRNA ligase activity; protein homodimerization activity; and zinc ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to insulin stimulus; cellular response to type II interferon; and tRNA aminoacylation for protein translation. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 289352; Chromosome location: 13q26
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
