SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Aga (aspartylglucosaminidase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Aga qPCR Primer Set – aspartylglucosaminidase
About this gene: Aga enables N4--L-asparaginase activity and identical protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein deglycosylation. Predicted to be active in lysosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 290923; UniProt: P30919; Chromosome location: 16p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
