SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Edn2 (endothelin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Edn2 qPCR Primer Set – endothelin 2
Also known as: ET-2, Et2, PPET2, RNEDN2S01, VIC
About this gene: Edn2 is predicted to enable endothelin B receptor binding activity and hormone activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including ovarian follicle rupture; positive regulation of smooth muscle contraction; and regulation of hormone secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24324; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
