SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adsl (adenylosuccinate lyase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Adsl qPCR Primer Set – adenylosuccinate lyase
About this gene: Enables-2-(5-amino-1-imidazole-4-carboxamido) succinate lyase activity; N6-AMP AMP-lyase activity; and identical protein binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including AMP biosynthetic process; response to hypoxia; and response to muscle activity. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 315150; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
