SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dyrk1b (dual specificity tyrosine phosphorylation regulated kinase 1B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dyrk1b qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity tyrosine phosphorylation regulated kinase 1B
About this gene: Dyrk1b is predicted to enable protein serine/threonine kinase activity and transcription coactivator activity. It is predicted to be involved in adipose tissue development; positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and protein phosphorylation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within myoblast fusion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 308468; Chromosome location: 1q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
