SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adrm1 (ADRM1 26S proteasome ubiquitin receptor, also called Gp110) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Adrm1 qPCR Primer Set – ADRM1 26S proteasome ubiquitin receptor
Also known as: Gp110
About this gene: Adrm1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including endopeptidase activator activity; protease binding activity; and proteasome binding activity. It is involved in regulation of AMPA receptor activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65138; UniProt: Q9JMB5; Chromosome location: 3q43
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
