SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dusp26 (dual specificity phosphatase 26) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dusp26 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 26
Also known as: RGD1310090
About this gene: Dusp26 is predicted to enable RNA polymerase II-specific DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity; p53 binding activity; and phosphoprotein phosphatase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and protein dephosphorylation. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 306527; UniProt: Q5FVI9; Chromosome location: 16q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
