SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dspp (dentin sialophosphoprotein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dspp qPCR Primer Set – dentin sialophosphoprotein
Also known as: Dsp, RDSP2
About this gene: Dspp enables collagen binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to dexamethasone stimulus; mandibular condyle articular cartilage development; and odontoblast differentiation. It acts upstream of or within positive regulation of calcium ion import.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25254; Chromosome location: 14p22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
