SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Drp2 (dystrophin related protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Drp2 qPCR Primer Set – dystrophin related protein 2
Also known as: DRP-2
About this gene: Drp2 is predicted to enable zinc ion binding activity. It is involved in synapse organization. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and postsynaptic density.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66027; UniProt: Q9EPA0; Chromosome location: Xq32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
