SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Drd3 (dopamine receptor D3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Drd3 qPCR Primer Set – dopamine receptor D3
About this gene: Drd3 enables D1 dopamine receptor binding activity; dopamine neurotransmitter receptor activity, coupled via Gi/Go; and protein domain specific binding activity. Is active in GABA-ergic synapse; glutamatergic synapse; and postsynaptic density membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29238; UniProt: P19020; Chromosome location: 11q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
